I think the new website looks great. The presentation slides have been a great resource for me as they have helped consolidate information from a wide variety of sources. I was wondering if you had considered posting video (or at least audio) clips from your presentations. I think this might be a great way to clarify the key messages for those of us who have not had an opportunity to attend one of your presentations. The IHI web-based learning resources have been quite useful for me and was thinking that this might be a good tool to spread your message. Thanks.

We have been considering this ourselves. Both Kate and myself have been separately video-recorded whilst giving a presentation (eg the Scottish Executive have been distributing a DVD they made of myself, for training in Scotland). We are currently looking at the practicalities of making a DVD available for purchase (cost only to cover production/distribution costs) and/or having small clips available for free download from this website. We will post more details here in due course.

Richard, the Scottish DVD is great. It has been great to have an introduction into an area I had no idea about. Every clinician needs to see it. Gives me a basis to engage with management in a less ignorant fashion. Obviously in Scotland the RTT18 dark cloud is almost upon us.
